Madi Mail Bridge

A private email assistant operated by David Davis for personal and household use.

The bridge receives change notifications for its authorized Gmail inbox, reads new messages, and passes relevant content to a persistent AI assistant conversation. It sends the assistant’s responses to the account owner by email.

This website provides application information only. It does not offer public registration, mailbox access, or a messaging endpoint.

Privacy notice

Updated October 23, 2026

The application requests Gmail read access to retrieve messages and attachments needed for the requested assistance, and Gmail send access to return responses. It does not request permission to delete messages or change mailbox settings.

Message identifiers, content needed for processing, request state, and responses may be stored on the operator’s Macs. Relevant content is processed through the operator’s OpenAI/Codex account and may remain in its conversation history. Google provides Gmail and notification transport. Cloudflare hosts this information page; no email content is sent to this website.

Mailbox credentials are stored in restricted local files. Operational logs contain delivery identifiers and status categories rather than message bodies or credentials. Data is not sold or used by the operator for advertising.

Local queue records and assistant conversation history remain until the operator removes them. Access can be revoked through the authorized Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revocation stops future API access; it does not itself delete previously stored local records or conversation history. The operator can review and remove those records separately.

Questions or deletion requests may be directed to madidotcodex@gmail.com.

Usage notice

This is a private personal automation, not a public service. AI responses can be incorrect, and delivery may be delayed or unavailable. Sending an email does not by itself authorize the assistant to perform actions for its sender. The operator controls authorized requests, recipients, and connected capabilities.
